Apollo Division

The Sentis Apollo Division is Sentis’ business division which focuses on delivering world class leadership solutions that tackle recurrent business challenges to enable commercial success, increase business performance and growthDIPI – Information that gets our attention.

DIPI

Information that gets our brain’s attention. DIPI stands for Dangerous, Important, Pleasurable, Interesting.

ELoC

A person who believes they are the victim of people or circumstances outside of their control. ELoC stands for External Locus of Control.

Fatigue

Fatigue can be described as a state of sleepiness, tiredness or mental and physical exhaustion.

Genesis Division

The corporate health and well-being division of Sentis.

GIGO

The guiding mechanism of our Subconscious. GIGO stands for Garbage In, Garbage Out or Good In, Good Out.

ILoC

A person who owns their life and accepts responsibility for the consequences of all choices and actions. ILoC stands for Internal Locus of Control.

Personal Big 5 (PB5)

The five most important people, things or future plans to an individual.

RAS

The part of our brain that sorts information and searches for answers to our questions. RAS stands for Reticular Activating System.

The divison of Sentis which focuses on the application of psychology to safety and well-being in the workplace.
