Relationship Manager / Facilitator
Sentis USA Inc. is a team of Psychologists and Safety Professionals who specialize in enhancing safety and leadership performance.
We are currently seeking a Relationship Manager / Facilitator to apply principles of psychology to delivering organizational safety programs for clients located in Aurora, Colorado.
This position requires a minimum of a Master's degree or equivalent in Psychology, Counseling, or related field and three (3) years of relevant psychology experience.
Experience must include at least two (2) years of experience with all of the following, which may have been gained concurrently:
1) behavior management consulting using a multidisciplinary approach;
2) providing psychology based training;
3) develop training programs based in organizational psychology principles; and
4) development of behavior modification programs through conducting psychological assessments.
Applicants must also have hands on experience with industrial psychology and safety training in the mining industry, as well as within large projects in the power plant construction industry.
