ZIP (Zero Incident Process)
Our Zero Incident Process (ZIP) is a structured approach to planning, implementing, managing and sustaining change in organisations. The ZIP framework provides a psychologically based process for achieving long-term sustainable individual and organisational change in relation to the safety or well-being culture and performance of a business.
ZIP delivers this through a focus on individual attitudinal change, the enhancement of the culture of leadership in the organisation and the development of a psychologically focused leadership skill set within the business.
We are now in our eighth year of operation and we continue to be grateful and humbled by the overwhelming impact ZIP has had on those we work with. More than 57,000 people around the world have experienced ZIP in countries as diverse as Australia, France, Singapore, New Zealand, UK, Fiji, Chile, USA, Canada, Bolivia, South Africa, Norway, Ireland and Ghana.
Every week we continue to receive feedback about the changes ZIP has made in people's lives - not just in the workplace but also in terms of attitudes towards safety, personal responsibility and relationships at home.
ZIP is available in two versions, ZIP Safety and ZIP Well-being.
