The Role

Educating people to change their attitudes towards safety in the workplace is the challenge we meet every day. We want everyone to go home safe at the end of the day. We are looking for a gifted full time team member who could be passionate about facilitating a cognitive-behavioural safety psychology process to small groups of men and women. If you also have the skills and experiences to provide Relationship and Project Management services to our clients this will be highly regarded too. Overall, if you get energised by educating and entertaining others and you have a talent for influencing clients to achieve a shared goal, then this job may be the perfect match for you.
This role requires an extensive amount of travel (every week) within Australia as well as the possibility of overseas travel opportunities.
