What do we do?
Here at Sentis, we are a highly innovative company and a world leader in the application of neuropsychology to safety & wellbeing in the workplace. We work predominantly in the mining, resources, construction and utilities industries to achieve genuine safety culture change. We are looking for new team members to be based in our Perth office who want to be an integral part of the work that we do. We are looking for people who are passionate and experienced in facilitation and coaching.
What would you do?
You would apply your skills and experience to:
- Facilitating our Zero Incident Process and other workplace safety and wellbeing work that we do including safety induction training, group facilitation, onsite consulting, and one-on-one coaching.
- Constantly strive to improve your own professional skills as well as contributing to the development and design of our services – that has innovation and courage at its heart.
Does the notion of a travel role excite you?
This role requires an extensive amount of travel within Australia as well as some international travel opportunities. The travel is weekly and does include occasional weekend travel.
What's important to bring to this role?
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant professional experience with a tertiary qualification in the relevant field. Masters in a Psychology field or equivalent preferred.
- The highest level of professionalism
- A passion for, and world class skills in, group facilitation (15-20 people) and leadership coaching skills
- An ability to use your facilitation skills and knowledge to cultivate and nurture the group dynamics and maximise the learnings
- Demonstrated confident and engaging public speaking abilities
- An ability and desire for a lifestyle of travelling extensively – regionally, nationally and on occasions internationally
- A strength in building effective relationships with key stakeholders
- The capacity to think on your feet, deal with uncertainty and embrace change
- Commitment, drive and enthusiasm
- Sense of fun and passion for what you do and how you do it!
- Experience in the mining resources, construction and/or utilities industries highly regarded
